Commercial EICR and fixed wire testing, emergency lighting certification and thermal imaging surveys for businesses, schools, facilities managers and landlords across Nuneaton, Atherstone, Bedworth and North Warwickshire. Testing is booked around your working hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.
Nuneaton and Atherstone sit on one of the Midlands' busiest commercial corridors. The A5, M6 junction 3, the M69 and the A444 serve business parks such as Bermuda Park, engineering and automotive research around MIRA Technology Park, and a growing number of distribution warehouses. Alongside them are town-centre shops, offices, schools and care homes.
Whether your building is a modern logistics shed or a converted older property in Atherstone's historic Long Street, regular EICR testing confirms the wiring is safe. Emergency lighting certification keeps escape routes compliant, and thermal imaging spots overheating connections before they fail.
We agree an isolation plan before we start and test one circuit at a time, keeping critical equipment live where possible. Most commercial work is done when your premises are quiet.

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a thorough inspection and test of your fixed wiring, from the incoming supply through every distribution board to each final circuit. It confirms whether your installation is safe to keep using, and gives you the report insurers and auditors expect under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.

When the power goes, everyone in your building, from warehouse staff to care home residents, needs a clearly lit route to a safe exit. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the responsible person must make sure emergency lighting is maintained and tested, and BS 5266-1 sets out how.
